This is a 1994 Fender Precision Bass Plus Deluxe finished in Natural.
While its unique features might make it look like a one-off custom build, this was actually Fender's top-of-the-line USA production bass at the time. Designed by George Blanda, the "Plus Deluxe" series was a short-lived, premium line (produced only from roughly 1992 to 1994) that served as the direct predecessor to the American Deluxe series.
The Body: It features a slightly downsized ash body (showcased beautifully by the natural finish) without a pickguard, utilizing a rear-routed control cavity for a sleek, boutique appearance.
The "Longhorn" Design: To accommodate and perfectly balance the longer 22-fret maple neck (this was one of the very first American Fender basses to feature 22 frets), Fender slightly elongated the upper cutaway horn. Because of this distinct shape, these models are affectionately nicknamed "Boner Basses" by collectors.
Hardware: As you correctly noted, the bridge is highly unique. It is a massive Schaller Elite high-mass bridge featuring built-in fine tuners. It is also equipped with matching Schaller deluxe die-cast tuning machines.
The electronics package on the Plus Deluxe was incredibly advanced for a factory Fender in the early 90s.
Pickups: It is equipped with a set of Silver Fender Lace Sensor pickups in a versatile P/J configuration (a Precision split-coil in the middle and a Jazz single-coil at the bridge).
Active Preamp: The electronics are fully active and powered by a 9-volt battery. The dual stacked concentric knobs control Master Volume/Pickup Pan and a Master Treble/Bass boost and cut, offering massive tonal flexibility.
Because the Precision Bass Plus Deluxe was only manufactured for about two years before being replaced, they are relatively rare and highly sought after by players who appreciate 90s Fender innovations.
Used Value: On the used market today, assuming the active electronics are fully functional and the neck is straight, these basses typically hold a value between $900 and $1,300. The natural ash finishes are particularly desirable and often sit at the higher end of that spectrum.
